Share a year-end journey through Bhutan’s mountain landscapes and cultural sights. Explore Thimphu, cross Dochula towards Punakha and spend time in Paro, including the demanding Tiger’s Nest hike. Day 1
Coordinate pickup and travel via the Jaigaon / border area. Complete applicable immigration formalities and check in. Evening market or Zangtopelri visit is optional if time permits. Source travel estimate is about 153 km / 3h45, subject to conditions.

Day 2
Guide briefing and permit/entry formalities, followed by Kharbandi Monastery and selected stops around Gedu, Dam Viewpoint and Chuzom as practical. Permit processing time cannot be guaranteed. Continue to Thimphu.

Day 3
Travel towards Punakha via Dochula. Selected stops may include Simtokha Dzong, Punakha Dzong and the suspension bridge, subject to operating conditions, permits and available time. Return to Thimphu.

Day 4
Visit a practical selection of Memorial Chorten, Buddha Dordenma, Sangaygang viewpoint and handicraft/paper experiences. Takin viewing area, Simply Bhutan, Folk Heritage or National Library depend on operations and the final itinerary. Transfer to Paro.

Day 5
Undertake the Taktsang / Tiger’s Nest hike, subject to fitness, altitude, weather and access. The source suggests a 4–5 hour excursion, but pace varies. Additional Paro sightseeing is optional if time allows.

Visit Paro Airport Viewpoint if feasible and travel through the border crossing to Siliguri. Allow for road and immigration delays.
